Design approach
Colour
Everything here is one colour. Holding the whole wrap in a single blue keeps the mood intact and lets small differences in value do the work: the pale dress, the faint light at the horizon, the houses barely visible in the fog.
Typography
The title is eroded into the mist rather than placed on top of it, so the letterforms feel part of the weather. The figure faces away, which leaves the story open — the reader finishes the image.
Back cover
The same fog-bound landscape continues across the back, with the title repeated above a single block of copy, so the back stays as quiet as the front.
